Class Descriptions

Power Yoga
Strengthen your body while flowing through yoga poses. We move with our breath and challenge ourselves to get a sweat. You will leave this class feeling stronger and more flexible. This is an intermediate level class.

Barre
A strengthening class combining workout moves with Pilates. We use the barre as well as other props to strengthen our core, legs, glutes, arms, and back. The goal is to increase endurance and strengthen our small stabilizer muscles as well as big muscle groups using high repetition and low weight.

Aerial Yoga
Playful yoga flow using the Aerial hammock. You will gain flexibility, strength, and balance in this class. And if you feel comfortable, you will defy gravity.

Vinyasa Flow
Flow poses together as you move with your breath. We build strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is good for all levels of yoga.

Yin Yoga/Stretch & Restore
Stretch and relax your entire body as work to deepen your breath. This is a stretching meditative class.

Kids Aerial Yoga
Kids will work on their flexibility, strength, and balance using the aerial hammock. They will practice some flips, tricks, and inversions, as well as fly.

Pilates
This is a strengthening and lengthening class designed to work your core. We will work on our core (inner abs), back, glutes, legs, and arms. Our focus is core and hip strength 360 degrees, and posture.
